Privacy Policy

In short: Our Discord bot reads your server's member list and boost status so it can automatically give and remove script license keys for members who boost the server, and it answers a common question in one chat channel. We store only your Discord user ID (linked to your key) on our license platform. We never sell your data, and we do not store the content of your messages.

Who this covers

This policy describes how the YonHub Discord application (and its helper application Yon FAQ) collect, use, and store data within the Discord server they operate in. YonHub is a Roblox script hub operated by an individual developer. Contact details are at the bottom of this page.

What the bot accesses

To provide its features, the bot uses the following Discord data:

Server Members & boost status (Server Members Intent): the bot reads the member list of its server and each member's server-boost status. This is required to detect who is boosting so it can grant a key, and to detect when a boost ends so it can remove that key.
Messages in one channel (Message Content Intent, used by the Yon FAQ helper): the bot reads messages in a single public general-chat channel to detect frequently asked questions (for example, "is the script free?") and reply with an automated informational message. Message content is evaluated in memory and is not stored.
Slash command inputs: when a member uses a command such as /mykey, the bot reads that member's Discord user ID to look up their key.

Information we store

The only personal data we retain is your Discord user ID, stored against your script license key on our third-party license platform, Luarmor. This link lets the bot know which key belongs to which member so it can extend or remove it as your boost status changes, and so the /mykey command can return your own key privately.

We do not store message content, message history, IP addresses, email addresses, or any other profile information.

How we use it

To automatically issue a script license key when you boost the server, and remove it when your boost ends.
To let you privately retrieve your own key with the /mykey command.
To answer common questions with an automated reply in one public channel.

Where your data is stored (third parties)

Your Discord user ID and license key are stored on Luarmor, the license-management service that powers key authentication for the script. Their handling of that data is governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We do not share your data with any other third party, and we never sell it.

Data retention

Boost-reward keys are issued on a rolling short-term basis and are removed automatically when your boost ends. Purchased keys are retained for as long as your access is active. You can request removal of your Discord user ID and associated key at any time (see Contact).

Your choices

Removing your server boost automatically removes the associated boost key.
You may contact us to have your stored Discord user ID and key deleted.
You can restrict what the bot sees by adjusting your Discord privacy and server settings.

Children

The service is not directed to anyone under the minimum age required by Discord's Terms of Service in their country. We do not knowingly collect data from users below that age.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the bot's features change. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
